Blogger is being Difficult!

I've been unable to update my workout post. I'm going to post the end post the end of June here and edit the original post if Blogger ever settles down.

27 - 30 minutes of Freebounding

28 - Taught 80 minutes total of light warm-ups and light hand weights. 

29 - walking

30 - 80 minutes of light warm ups and handweights.
