It's a Wrap!!

This morning I finished my T-Tapp 10 day Bootcamp. Originally I planned on doing T-Tapp Tempo Total Body plus some extra T-Tapp moves each day. I ended up doing First Step WO 1, First Step WO 2, and Senior Fit. Because those workouts are so long I didn't do any extras.

Now I move on to T-Tapp every other day for 14 days. On the other days I'll do two T-Tapp moves and either rebound or do really easy Firms, like the Basic workouts. I want to be able to push my T-Tapp workouts hard so easier traditional workouts are necessary.
