Saturday I had an urge to do Calanetics - another oldie but goodie - it felt wonderful and left me sooo relaxed! Yesterday I decided to switch things up. I did T-Tapp UB, Joyce Vedral's Quick Quartet UB and a Bellicon Warm-up that bounced out my tight spots. Today I did T-Tapp PBS and T-Tapp Twist as a warm-up then Hit the Floor in the morning and then a Charlene Prickett low impact aerobics session on my Bellicon after dinner. Also 12 one-on-one sessions with the dogs. Extremely time consuming but so much fun! They are doing so well! It's a ton of fun to train them!!
