I doubled the Chia, oats and almond milk and it made two to three servings depending upon how much fruit you add. You could also add dried cranberries and raisins or other dried fruit instead of fresh fruit. We also sprinkled ours with a tablespoon of raw sunflower seeds. Delicious,healthy and satisfying.
